I took up knitting a few years ago. I needed a portable craft in the military and this was one I wanted to try out. I took up spinning soon too as a natural sucsession in my fiber addiction. Now I have all sorts of fiber tools to create with and help "enable" some of my friends.

I loved your Texas Sunset batt too. There aren't many places like those Texas sunsets!
